Please note that the orders once placed can't be cancelled. However under some unusual circumstances, we might allow you to cancel your order. Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason in the email id info@mayagalaxy.in for the cancellation and we will get back to you. There will be some cancellation charges (processing fees charged by credit card company, etc) that will apply. Also note that if the order has already been shipped or if the items ordered needed any kind of changes have been done even if not shipped then we won't be able to cancel the order.

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
